Voucher fine print, in plain words
When does a voucher expire?+
Twelve months from the day it is issued. The expiry date is printed on the voucher and in the email.
Can a voucher be used on add ons?+
Yes. A voucher is credit against anything we sell, so it can go towards the Premium Complete Detail, the decontamination add on, travel, or products in the shop.
Can I get a printed card instead?+
We send a PDF you can print at home on any decent printer. If you would rather we posted a card, reply to the voucher email and we will organise it.
What if the voucher is worth more than the service?+
The balance stays on the code and can be used on the next booking. We do not hand back the difference in cash.
